I was hired into a small District Manager's office. I was interviewed 3 times as the office had experienced difficulty keeping people there.

There were no difficult questions on their part, one of the interviewers even sat with one ear on a conference call the entire time I was interviewed, so I was the one asking the harder questions as I wasn't convinced the position was for me.
