Interviewer explained the need for extraordinary customer service skills and constant stream of ideas for customer acquisition and retention. I caught the agent's enthusiasm right away and we clicked.

Easy enough to interview. You do have to have your license before you start work, so don’t start looking for jobs before you pass your exams. Property and Casualty are the two to start with and then you can add more later.
