First there was the online application, then a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with a supervisor and a current employee, and was very casual and relaxed, though business professional was required.

It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills
