There was a questionary portion and a writing test portion. The experience was very good and positive. The interviewers are nice and very professional. After the interview they would normally contact you after a few days or less.

30 Minute phone interview, then immediately scheduled face to face with 2 managers at same time. They showed me around new building, had me do a typing test for 1 minute to see how fast i type, then we sat in a room for about 40 minutes and went over my previous customer experiences, also asked me hypothetical questions and how i would handle that situation.
