Not a difficult process, but certainly took long (more than 1 month). Interviewers were very relaxed and didn't ask any curve balls. Typical BBI questions were asked so make sure you prepare for that. Be prepared to have scenarios where you dealt with stressful situations. You also have to take a skills test: verbal, math

Initial phone screen then a virtual interview with a manager and hiring coordinator. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. Be prepared to answer some questions using STAR method focusing on customer service and approaching multiple tasks.

The whole hiring process was great. I did a phone screen with the head of our division and then proceeded with an in person interview with 3 of the claims managers in our division. Everyone asked great questions and allowed for a comfortable environment. I had a follow up interview with an additional manager and local claims adjuster who they had me sit with one and one to answer any questions about the job. After I accepted the position the onboarding process was also very favorable. This was one of the best experiences I had interviewing and starting with a new company.
