Long interview process. Had phone interviews with 3 different recruiters before setting an actual personal interview. After that I had to pass another phone interview to test Spanish language skills. Got a call a week after to go and get drug test screening. A week after I got a call that I was hired.

Fast. They make you feel like they are very interested in you. Once you get hired the treatment change. They don't explain openly what you will be doing on daily basis.
