Skype interview which lasted roughly 15-20 mins, asked some questions as standard. Trial shift was awful! Cleaned a few property let's which was fine, then when cleaning a large house in sandbanks that wasn't finished being built yet, as fast as we cleaned more dust was settling. At least 30 of us there trying to get the place perfect spending over 5 hours there. Owner turned up and told us to get on our hands and knees to scrape off tiny paint dots from the floor. All employees were slagging off the managers and company. Morale was very low.
