Two phone interviews with my direct both and her supervisor. There was not edit test for this role though I was asked to pitch ideas on the phone. They were looking for an immediate hire so it was a very quick process.

We sat down and had a conversation. It was one of the most natural interviews I've experienced. We discussed content ideas, social media, and a little bit about my background. After the interview, I was asked to complete a writing and editing test.
