There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with HR; the second round was 3 hours, consisting of 45 mins cognitive multiple choice test and IQ tests by 2 interviewers. I felt like the point isn't to test if you were able to answer the 3 IQ tests, it was to see if you were able to explain stuff clearly and demonstrate personality.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
