There was an initial round of interviews with a timed technical assessment followed by a behavioral assessment and comments on the technical assessment. It was all about an hour long, but fairly straightforward. This was followed by a final interview at their headquarters, which was mostly technical in nature ( referring back to the assessment to some extent) and a few extra behavioral questions.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
