First you have an online application, a phone interview covering your resume, and the you have a sit down interview. They give you an IQ test with questions on the test that are varied. Some questions are math related, some English boggle questions. There are also two programming questions that you have to complete. I got a 20 out of 30 and the programming questions mostly right. They then moved into some other logic problem. I was only interviewed by one employee.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
