I applied on Linkedin and a couple weeks later I got an email from a person in HR asking for my resume, college transcripts, a couple references and a time to set up a phone interview. In the phone interview, the person from HR asked me about my background, told me about the job and company as well as asking questions that can be found in many of the interview reviews given here already. There was an emphasis on SQL knowledge.
