Like most people who does interviews with Fast, I went down to my college job fair and got in touch with one of the recruiters. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a phone call interview, mostly behavioral questions and one or two technical questions. Then a couple weeks later, they flew me down to Denver, CO from Seattle for a in-person interview. Did a Mensa workout test, pseudo-coding and then some logical workout on a whiteboard. Make sure you study the logical questions from here. They asked me the Bridge question (look it up on here) and the Jar and one scale question. Like most people said, if you don't get invite to lunch/dinner then you probably didn't get it (so far so true, I didn't get invite to lunch).

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
