Met with two interviewers on University of Arizona campus and began by taking a test that included puzzles, patterns, and pseudo code writing portions. 30 minutes were given for the test and then the normal interview started. General interview questions and a few technical questions. After the test was graded they asked me to explain some of my code portions.

How would you explain inheritance to someone who hasn't coded before?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
