Employee referred me to one of their recruiters. Set up an over the phone interview. Interview was 30 minutes or so and was mostly behavioral with some light technical questions. Be sure to know about what FAST does and be prepared to talk about why you want to work for them. The fact that I had done some research was impressive to them. They told me that I would be a good fit, but that all their spots were already filled by the time I interviewed with them, they were excited to talk about full-time opportunities though.

Explain the difference between Inner vs Outer Join in SQL.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
