Fast came to my university job fair and conducted interviews the day after. They had a 30 pre-test for the interview using typical logic questions like pattern recognition using patterns, numbers, and rearranging letters to form a word. The interview itself wasn't bad, they tested typical programming knowledge like understanding loops, and general programming rules. I was contacted a couple of weeks later via email about flying out to their Denver office for a 2nd interview. That was finalized about two weeks before I They paid airfare, private transportation to the hotel and hotel for the one night I was there. They had a current employee ask a few of the same questions as the primary interview, as well as asking to solve a few logic questions using a whiteboard. Their office was professional, the interview wasn't terribly stressful, and the atmosphere was good.
