Went to the job fair at uni and got an interview for that week. Started with a half hour IQ test, couldn't finish (was quite long) and then a half hour interview which involved questions related to my summer job, databases and general programming. Having experience with clients definitely wowed them.

What's the difference between inner and outer joins?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
