I first met Fast at a campus career fair. The company sounded great and the recruiters were outgoing and friendly. I had an on-campus interview the next day which consisted of a written test (mostly problem solving/brain teasers with a small programming component) followed by an interview with a recruiter from HR and an implementation consultant. The questions were pretty standard. Nothing too tough. About a week later I was contacted by the same recruiter I'd met with in order to set up a second interview in Denver. I flew out the morning of the interview. I was interviewed by another implementation consultant. This interview consisted of some more technical questions, some standard interview questions, and some problem solving questions. Afterwards I was given an interview of the headquarters, then told that I would be contacted by another implementation consultant for dinner that night. Fast paid for my flight, a very nice hotel room for the night, and a great sushi dinner with another candidate and two employees. About two weeks after my fly out, I was offered the position. They also put me in contact with an employee who graduated from my university who could help answer questions, which was very helpful to me. They originally gave me two weeks to decide, but extended it to a month when I asked for more time to finish interviewing with other companies. Overall the process was very positive. Everyone I met with was very helpful. It certainly seems like a great company, and the offer was very generous ($70,000/year plus overtime, with great benefits (all insurance premiums for employee and family paid for by the company)).
