3ish interviews:
1st pseudo interview was at a job fair at my university via zoom then invited to a formal interview.
2nd interview was via zoom with two people. The first was the person who I met at the job fair and the second was an implementation consultant. Fairly easy interview with questions about the different kinds of experience in coding I had. Hardest interview of the 3 because of the how quickly it happened after the first interview.
3rd interview was much easier than the prior two because I had time to really prepare, but it was the longest by far. Met with HR then met with what seemed like a hiring manager. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

Going through the interview process for a Fast Enterprises Implementation Consultant was a structured and engaging experience. It started with an initial screening, where I spoke with a recruiter about my background, interest in the role, and willingness to travel for client implementations. Next came a technical assessment that tested my problem-solving abilities with logic-based questions—this part felt similar to a mix of coding challenges and analytical reasoning exercises. After passing that, I had a behavioral interview where I was asked about my experience working on teams, adapting to new technologies, and solving complex problems. The final stage was an on-site (or virtual) interview, which included a whiteboarding session where I worked through a technical problem and explained my thought process. They also focused on my ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as the role requires strong interpersonal skills alongside technical expertise. Overall, the process was fast-paced but fair, emphasizing both my analytical skills and my ability to work effectively with clients.
