It was comfortable and they tried to keep it more like a conversation than an interview. They put me in an opposite room and gave me an IQ test to take in 30 minutes. I was then invited to do a 1:1 interview where they reviewed my IQ test and asked me more behavioral questions.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
