Largely a behavioural interview, with minor questions asking me to explain the idea of OOP inheritance, overloading vs overwriting. The remainder of the interview consisted of administrative questions and asking me examples of scenarios where I adjusted to difficult environments.

Explain the difference between overwriting and overloading a method to someone that is not very technical.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
