Talked to them at a career fair got an interview with an interviewer the next day. Interview lasted about an hour and in the first half, it's a series of logic questions and little programming. In the second half, we discussed about the program I've written and Fast as a company. The recruiters were very nice and friendly.

Have you ever had experience explaining technical things to a non-technical person.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
