I had 1 behavioral interview in person after a career fair and one in person interview at their HQ. They will fly you out and put you in a hotel for the in person interview at their HQ.
They asked very basic technical programming questions. Name all the loops. What is the difference between By Val and By Ref? What is inheritance? What is recursion? They will ask you to solve some riddles and puzzles and help guide you through when you are stuck.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
