Brief interview. Very friendly and comfortable. Had called and set up an interview well in advance, which gave me plenty of time to prepare. Not too technical. The interview itself lasted for about 20 min. I was encouraged to ask questions. They were looking for someone with experience and i was still enrolled in school with no internships. But it was a very good experience.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
