There were two interviews. One is the initial interview with the HR and the other is with the area manager. I reached the final interview with the area manager (Japanese) and haven’t proceeded from there on. I was a bit disappointed because I felt that I aced the interview but I don’t know what criteria they are following.

The interviewer was very nice. The venue was also nice, and all information were emailed, so we can easily confirm our attendance. Overall, it was a very fast and clear process.

It was a pair face to face interview. took place at their office. whole interview took under an hour. explained the UMC program and where you could see your yourself in a few years if you continue to stick with the company
