The interview process was simple yet time-consuming and cumbersome. The interview stages consist of an initial call with a recruiter, a chad, and then you are given an assignment from which you are to configure a salesforce instance with purposely vague requirements. Upon satisfactorily passing this test, you are presented with a couple of gentlemen 'twisting the screw' to determine both your business acumen and salesforce knowledge. This is the most uncomfortable part of the process, but it's doable. You just need to be confident in your implementation. To be given an assignment before you meet with any on the hiring team is predatory and it's unfortunate that your time isn't respected (other life responsibilities, a full-time job, motherly duties).
Failure to present accurate business acumen OR salesforce knowledge will stop the road here. No empathy is shown if it was an off day or you had to schedule this 60 minute interview during your lunch break. This is FSM's 'entry-level' salesforce position but they expect you to be an expert. The salary for this position starts at 60k with OTE of 70k. Other employees expressed that your first few months will be grueling as you learn the flow and time management according to their specifications. This isn't the place for a new mother and its a shame because of the blessing they try to be for their clients but not for prospective employees.

The interview started like any other, a brief phone call with their recruiter to see if I was a good fit before moving on to the next phase. I was then asked to complete a project, record my presentation, and send it in within two weeks. This took a considerable amount of time (the recording added another element to the project) and ended up receiving an automated response they weren't moving forward. When I checked my recording analytics, only a minute and a half out of the 13-minute presentation was viewed. If asked to record your presentation, I would decline and request to present live. Many lessons were learned so not a complete waste of time but they didn't seem to value mine.
