Made it through the whole process but got ghosted after I put so much time into doing all their interviews.

Step one was a phone call with the tech lead of the company, then a take-home coding exercise, then the in-person interview at the company.
Overall the interview process was very positive, and even though I didn't get the position, I cannot say enough about how easy the process was. After I was told the interview wouldn't continue over lunch, the tech lead for the company (the one in charge of the interview) went over in detail why I wasn't right for the position, what he was looking for, and advice for how to improve for the next interview and what types of positions he'd recommend I target to see more success (his advice was spot-on btw and less than a month later I had an offer from a different company).
A very positive experience overall, and even though I didn't get past the interview stage, it seems like a great place to work.

The take-home exercise was to scrape a website, and format the data for output.

I applied online and was contacted for lengthy introductory discussion about past projects and interest/passion. Next, had a on-site with multiple team members. Behavioral discussion with founder, high level technical discussion with an engineer, live coding algorithm challenge with front end engineer, virtual coding challenge (create a program similar to creating an ATM program inputs are user interaction, outputs cash etc) with a remote engineer, and informal discussion with non-engineering team. They have a wide range of tech stack and technical challenges.
