Thius much-heralded, applauded, bally-hoo'd company is a JOKE. It is THE most unprofessional, immature, inept and dishonest entity ever encountered. You apply online. You then get " invited" to call in for a phone screen. The" phone screen" is a series of general, childish questions read pedantically by a typical call-center worker. Then, when you have shown you have met EVERY SINGLE QUALIFICATION required, you get rejected with another petty, stupid form letter.

I went through 3 different initial interviews. Screening process which they didn't as much. Then a online interview where they got to know more about me. Then I had an in depth in person interview where I answered different sitauational and behavorial questions.
