The interview process was very easy and to the point, we sat in a room they asked a number of questions to test my work ethic and see if I was going to stay in the role long term or I would be another number to add to their turn over rate. Overall, it was very easy.

There was a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview. The online training was annoying. The people were chill. I applied to a new distribution hub, so I think they were just looking for warm bodies.
