I had a phone interview and a in person interview. I applied online after speaking with someone at a career fair. Whole process took less than 2 weeks and they replied quickly.

I was interviewed first on the phone by the distric manager, he told me about the postition and then the company and that he would like to have a face-to-face interview. At the facce-to-face interview I first spoke with the the general manager and after that the district manager.
