Got a call for the first interview than went to the branch for the second interview. They will call after 2 weeks for the job if your selected. It bad since they take their time in choosing the right person for the job.

I went through 3 different initial interviews. Screening process which they didn't as much. Then a online interview where they got to know more about me. Then I had an in depth in person interview where I answered different sitauational and behavorial questions.

Effective interview process - starting with phone interview. Asked basic questions. You were able to call at your convenience. They were clear on the steps that were being taken next and were positive.
