Was contacted after a job fair at school for a face-to-face interview. The interview went about 40 minutes with the DM from that area. Was hired immediately after then sent in my application and preferred location.
General Interview with general questions. Want to see your commitment and motivation level. Usually there will be General Manager and Outside Sales Rep part of the interview process, but this is way to see if different personalities fit with the team.

I was first interviewed by a store manager and then moved on to a district manager. The questions were your typical interview questions and extremely casual. Would not recommend wearing a suit.
