3 phases: first call with the recruiter, second call with 2 team members and a small assignment that I was asked to prepare, third interview was on-site and I had to prepare a bigger assignment to present to one team member and a stakeholder.

general questions about my motivation for the mission and vision of Fastned, but also work experience specific ones to further explore my previous experiences. I found both assignments very interesting and they challenged me, so despite investing a lot of energy into them, I appreciated it.
