Assessment centre in Leicester, followed by an interview with the quality line manager at the Washington factory. Assessment centre well organised. Included group activity, psychometric testing (verbal, numerical, and personality tests), followed by a one-to-one interview. Everyone was very friendly and the process was fairly enjoyable. After an emailing telling me I was successful at the assessment centre, I was invited to an interview with the line manager at Washington. When I arrived I was told I had 30 minutes on my own to prepare a presentation about my course, including likes, dislikes, relevance to the role and my future plans. This was followed by questions relating to the presentation and a traditional interview. I thought the whole process went well however, unfortunately, I didn't get an offer, although they did ask me if I was willing to relocate and interview at a different factory however I declined.
