there was a phone screening followed by an in person interview. Reviewed and explained my resume and answered questions related to job posting. Received a call within the next couple weeks.

The person who was supposed to interview me was not there. I met with another senior industrial engineer in his office, The interview was very calm and he took most of the talking role even when I tried to interject. He really liked me and said he would tell the other interviewer that I was a good candidate.
He then took me to the HR department where I was given a second interview with an HR rep that was very short. The interviews were both very laid back.

1st there will be a written test then they taken Face2face interview, then HR round and then they offer me an offer letter.. Nice to work in Faurecia, Gud culture, Gud environment to learn.
