Communication. Interesting to learn about the company and seem less process from start to finish which mad it better and kept the momentum when it came to getting an offer

It was quick, just 2 interviews. the human resources generalist was veery nice and ameanable, the process in general took around 2 months for me to get hired.
As for my preicous manager he did know a lot about the area, was flexible at times but delivered too much on their team, sometimes it felt like support wasn´t there. As for the interview with the manger, was very good , he actually asked for my hobbies outside work time, which was rare for me until that time.
What they dind´t tell me was how demanding the job was going to be and that there was a very serious issue on management.
