I applied for a Customer Sales Consultant with FedEx Office. I recieved a phone interview which I was excited about because I am a pervious Fedex employee. Once it came to the phone interview, the interviewer I spoke with said that I wasn't a fit for the position and that thankfully there were people that they have were more qualified for the job than me. I didn't understand why she said this to me because she didn't ask me any questions, nor did she go over my credentials. In the end she did provide me a list of positions that she thought would be right for me.
