Received a phone call requesting that I apply for several more jobs online. A phone prescreen interview was scheduled after applying online. Completed the phone interview and was scheduled for face to face interview the following week. Received offer the week following.

I had an initial screening with HR and then moved on to had one interview with the hiring manager and another associate. Most of the questions were behavioral. As long as you have a few specific example scenarios on hand, you should be good for all the questions.
