Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

The guidlines are fair and in line with industry norms. You will be paid somewhat more for your experience but not above what the position is worth.
