Experience based questions. Star format. Describe a situation task result. Pretty easy but be prepared for different situations that you have been in and how you redacted to them. Interviewer was understanding when it took a couple minutes to come up with answers.

Initial Interview was simple information gathering from the Manager of the Station. Also included were some standardized tests which from what I hear now, have been discontinued due to legal issues. Due to FedEx's Excessive amounts of internal redtape, it took over 1 month to hear back from the hiring manager. I had already begun to work elsewhere.

The recruiter reached out via email to recommend my application. A brief phone call with basic qualifying questions was followed by an in-person interview where 2 managers interviewed me. A job offer was made on the spot and an immediate physical was performed. The job posted was not the same as the job offered/ interviewed for... they called it an "upgrade" which is alarming.
