I was contacted by the Corporate Recruiter who indicated that I was potentially a good fit for the Project Engineer role. After a series of emails I had four interviews which included: Screening Interview, Phone Interview with Hiring Manager, First Meeting with Hiring Manager, Second Meeting with Hiring Manager and Colleague. After the second interview with the Hiring Manager, I was told that they would notify me of their decision within a week, but nothing, no response. This ruined the whole experience which, until that point, had been positive.

Routine interview process. Applied online, did wait a rather lengthy time for a response, then called in for interview. Interviewed in standard setting. The only difference was that while three managers were present, I was in essence interviewing for a potential position with all three of them separately, as they were all looking to fill a team, independent of the others. This was a relatively short interview by normal standards, but after it was over, I felt like it was a five hour meeting. The questions asked and the format of the answers sought, basically force you to provide extensive answers to their questions.

Cold, Short and to the point. various situations were described and I was asked how I would handle them. Interview was held at an open table in the cafeteria. There are plenty of conference rooms that could have been used for the brief period. Interviewer kept checking his smart phone like he was afraid the world was escaping his control.
