met with 2 regional managers and local CTC, interview lasted approximately 1hr, Had to provide driver history abstract. Topics centered day to day job duties. I was asked what my salary requirements would be for the position. Managers were pleasant, CTC was totally disengaged (fell asleep during interview). Interview questions did not stray from subject at hand, noted many questions regarding how I would handle working alone. Got the feeling this was a problem with previous employees as 2 had left/fired in the past 6 months (found this out after interview).

Colloquio
Interview began with a brief phone screening with an IT Manager. The follow up interview was a panel screening with two IT Managers and a Sr Server Engineer. The Server Engineer did not ask any questions but was instead there to dissect any fluff in the answers. The questions were more personality based than technical. Both managers were friendly.
There were some technical questions, including those related operating systems and mobile devices.
