It was just a simple and basic interview process really. I applied in person, but apparently you can do so online as well I simply happened to be in the area and needed use of the facility so I talked to the man working up front one day. After passing on my info he told me he would call me back for an interview. A couple of days later I received the call and went back for an interview back in his office. Nothing extraordinary or unexpected to report on this one.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. The interviewer asked me behavioral based questions and what I would do in the given situation and responses on what ifs. I think it was given with much ease. They also ask about availability.

It was alright. I found the interview panel very conversational and easy going.
They were also punctual which I liked.
They seemed flexible and asked revelant questions which aligned with the position I had applied for.
The interview was done in 30 minutes

Second interview with the head of department. It was a not fair trail and i thought that it would be as Fedex globally but unfortunately it wasnt and i doubt its because of its a franchise.
