Super easy interview process. All done through text messages. I was contacted later that day to see if I would be willing to attend orientation in the next few days. Only one other applicant was there and after orientation they offered both of us jobs. They are desperate for people. I would say that at this time most applicants are almost guaranteed a job. Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
