First the boss gave us a tour of FedEx Ground: telling us what the jobs are like and what it's like working for FedEx. We watched everyone in every station do their job fluently. Next, he scheduled and interview with us and we came the on the day we were suppose to come.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
