Very straightforward, pretty much ask you questions seeing if you can handle the physical labor that the job requires they ask about things you did at your previous job and how comfortable you are with working in extreme environments with harsh conditions

What would you do if you feel overwhelmed by work where you feel you won’t meet production standards?
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
