Recruiter called, asked me general questions like if I knew anyone who worked for fedex & things like that, she then set me up for a face to face interview the next day. I didn't have the best experience. The man who interviewed me was very dry. He never tried to get to know me or ask ask any other questions, about my job history or anything, besides the S.T.A.R questions he had printed out. He told me once he entered the room that there wasn't going to be any eye contact while he was interviewing me but to not take it personal as he had a lot to do with recording my answers (which he barely did). The interview felt forced, like he wasn't interested in doing it. Before interviewing with him, I wanted the job but after I wasn't that interested anymore.
