Basically when you get the call from HR department you schedule a date to see facility and description of job. Your manager presents with paperwork agreement with pay and days printed. It will be your choice to accept the job offer or decline. If you choose to accept you will have 48 hours to get a drug test which FedEx pays for along with fingerprints if your at a airport location.

Standard interview process. Was hired within a couple days to start the part time position. Dress code was casual. It was a 1 on 1 interview and only standard questions were asked.
No interview just orientation, a quick tour of the station and did paper work on the day they ask you to come in. On the second day you took your id picture and started on training.
The interview process was fairly easy, filling out documentation and doing a tour of the facility. Your required to do a drug and background check. Attire and any other accommodations are provided if you cannot.
