Behavioral Interview Process – There were twelve questions designed to elicit specific examples of my work history. Prior to the interview, I was told that I needed to answer every question with according to the “B-A-R” method - B for background, A for action taken, and R for results achieved. I found that only a little more than half of the questions actually seemed to relate to my past experience as an attorney or to the tasks that I thought would be expected of me as an attorney at this company.

2 rounds of interviews, both virtual, first one was a pre recorded question and answer. Invited to 3rd round, rescheduled 3rd interview day after scheduling citing internal issues. Told i didnt get position one week later. Very unprofessional.

It's a multi-step process, starting with an initial screening interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview focused on behavioral questions, and then interviews with higher ups. It took some time to be contacted after the initial application but then the process moved fairly quickly.
