Only given one interview with a hard 45-minute stop. Was asked ten questions asking of past scenarios and “what would you do” questions. I couldn’t ask many questions due to time, but I asked of the day-to-day and they didn’t know much about it since a new team was forming. They did tell me I should get an answer in less than two weeks. Unfortunately, I was ghosted for almost a month. Funny as this is a comms role, rarely any communication was given afterwards. This isn’t just a Freight thing but a FedEx thing as a whole. They rarely post salary, which is the make or break thing about the job, so you are left in limbo on whether to ask or not.
